iTRACE 4.0: The result of experience
After years of experience in the specialized installation of Electric Heat Tracing, TRACELEC has developed an exclusive autonomous control and monitoring system for Heat Tracing systems. Fruit of the study and compilation of the needs and demands of our clients, together with the extensive experience in the sector. TRACELEC has created the iTRACE (3rd generation Trace Control System).
iTRACE 4.0 adapts to any communication system
Our control system, iTRACE, consists of multiple components interconnected by a real-time communication network. Likewise, its central unit is the point of reference for all components. And also, and covering one of the main features of this equipment, the central unit adapts to any type of communication system. In this way, iTRACE can cover any need that the client requires for its subsequent implementation or interactivity with the existing DCS in the plant.
iTRACE (Trace Control System) offers through its large touch screen (15”), an interactivity with the Electric Tracing systems in a very intuitive way. In addition to providing all the necessary data such as temperatures, alarms, active circuits, plant diagrams, activation times, etc. iTRACE also allows data to be displayed on the touch screen itself, such as temperature graphs without a time lag.
A control system adapted to the needs of each project
At the structure level, the TCS-1G also incorporates a magnificent combination of its components. In this way, it adapts to the needs of each project, whether they are centralized or completely decentralized systems interconnected by fiber optics, RS485, RS232, Profibus, Modbus, etc. With this configuration versatility, the TCS-1G serves the customer exclusively. Getting therefore that it is the system that adapts to the client and not the client who adapts to the system.
